• Uploaded documents: Files you upload for quiz generation. These are processed and deleted after generation.
• Usage data: Quiz results, credits used, and feature interactions to improve the service.
• Device tokens: For push notifications, if you opt in.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Generate quizzes, flashcards, and presentations from your documents.
• Manage your account, credits, and premium status.
• Send push notifications about completed generations.
• Improve the App and fix issues.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI) to process your documents — only the extracted text, not the original files.
• Payment processors (Apple) to handle purchases.
• Infrastructure providers (Railway, Redis) to host the service.

4. Data Retention

• Uploaded files are deleted after processing.
• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• You can request account deletion by contacting us.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure token storage, and access controls to protect your data.

6. Children's Privacy

QuizPilot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll notify you of significant changes through the App.
